I've been working almost totally on a different computer lately, and it doesn't have the programs I need to maintain things. Hopefully that won't be a problem again. Anyway, for those who are interested and haven't heard, Robert Jordan's next book will likely be titled "Winter's Heart" (Lanfear 'smiled like winter's heart' just before she left the picture, in one of three places that phrase has been used), and Steven Brust's next Taltos book will likely be called Issola (he who strikes from courtly bow). Speculation is that book 9 of WoT will be out in the fall, and Issola perhaps in the same timeframe, perhaps a bit later. I personally would like to see Brust write some more books in the Khaavren Romances, but not many people seem to share that view... On another note, if you haven't seen Princess Mononoke and it's still playing, you should. Quite nice. And anyway, how could a movie with the line "Forest Spirit, we give you back your head" be bad?

The Fantasy Book Voting Archive and the Science Fiction Voting Database have been combined, forming a collection of over 4500 books, all in one place. Not having two pages to deal with this volume simplifies things a great deal, both for me, and hopefully for everyone using it. Also, The new layout should do a bit for solving some previous problems, and it looks nice, to boot. So, without further ado, I give you: Beyond Reality.
